IFX Networks acquires Netglobalis in Chile

IFX Networks, a prominent Latin American IT and telecommunications managed service provider, has recently acquired Neglobalis, a Chilean company with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Netglobalis specializes in telecommunications, technological infrastructure integration, IT services, monitoring, control, and analytics.

This acquisition ratifies IFX’s commitment to regional technological development. “Thanks to this decision, we will be able to continue providing more and improved ICT services to large corporations and government institutions in Latin America. It will allow us to merge our technical, infrastructural, and human resources” says Carlos Oviedo, IFX Network’s Country Manager for Chile and Argentina.

Regarding the details behind this acquisition, Carlos states, “Two incredible qualities of Netglobalis include their formidable infrastructure and their ability to provide total operational continuity to their customers’ business. Therefore, having them as a part of our organization will help us provide new value-added services with strong support.”

Oviedo also states that both IFX and Netglobalis share the “same DNA”. In other words, they have very similar values ​​and organizational cultures, which has significantly facilitated the integration process of both teams.

In this sense, IFX Networks foresees excellent results after the acquisition since the company is experiencing accelerated and sustainable growth, especially in Chile, since the number of customers has increased considerably in recent years.
