ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 20000-1:2018

IFX NETWORKS COLOMBIA since 2014 has been certified, and from then on has managed to maintain its IMS in ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security Management System); in 2018 it extended certification to IFX NETWORKS CHILE, in 2019 to IFX NETWORKS ARGENTINA and additionally received certification in ISO 20000-1:2018 (Service Management System); in 2020 it achieved the extension to IFX NETWORKS PANAMA in the three Management Systems. In 2021 the extension to IFX NETWORKS HONDURAS and IFX NETWORKS GUATEMALA was achieved in the three Management Systems.

TIER III DESIGN

IFX Networks received this year the TIER III certification for its data center located in Bogota. This certification guarantees that the structure complies with global standards of physical and logical security: air conditioning, electricity, sustainability and uptime; as well as with the procedures and availability to identify and isolate eventual problems.
This TIER III Certification ratifies our commitment to the organizations that trust in our expertise.

SAP CERTIFIED

IFX obtained the endorsement for certification in the category "Cloud and Infrastructure Operations", participating in the program "SAP Outsourcing Operations Partners". This recognizes IFX's ability to offer cloud services and infrastructure tailored to SAP customers. This means that IFX can release infrastructure solutions and services on demand that support this important ERP, considered the number one worldwide.

TIER III CONSTRUCTED FACILITY

IFX Networks obtained the TIER III Certification of Constructed Facility for the Jupiter DataCenter - Central Tower, located in Bogota, Colombia.

This represents a major achievement for IFX Networks, as it makes us part of a select group of seven Data Centers in Colombia with this distinction, placing our organization at the top of compliance with best practices in the field.
