ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 20000-1:2018
IFX NETWORKS COLOMBIA is certified since 2014 and its IMS has since complied with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security Management System) standards. In 2018, it extended its certification to IFX NETWORKS CHILE, and in 2019 to IFX NETWORKS ARGENTINA. It was also granted an ISO 20000-1:2018 (Service Management System) certification. In 2020, the certification was granted to IFX NETWORKS PANAMA for its three Management Systems, and in 2021, the certification was extended to IFX NETWORKS HONDURAS and IFX NETWORKS GUATEMALA for its three Management Systems.
TIER III DESIGN
In 2019 IFX Networks received TIER III certification for its data center located in Bogotá. This certification guarantees that the structure complies with global standards in physical and logical security: air conditioning, electricity, sustainability and productivity time; likewise the procedures and availability to identify and isolate eventual problems. This Tier III certification ratifies our commitment with those companies that rely on our experience.
SAP Certified
IFX obtained the support for the category «Cloud and Infrastructure Operations» certification, participating in the «SAP Outsourcing Operations Partners» program. This validates our capacity to offer Cloud services and infrastructure required by SAP customers. This means IFX can provide solutions and infrastructure on demand that support this important ERP, ranked number one worldwide.
TIER III CONSTRUCTED FACILITY
IFX has been granted the Tier III Certification of Constructed Facility for the Jupiter DataCenter (Central Tower) located in Bogota, Colombia.
This represents IFX Networks’ greatest achievement since we are now part of a select group of seven data centers in Colombia with this certification. Therefore, our organization is now positioned among the best in the industry in terms of best practices.
